Since 2010, Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC has sponsored over 20 alternative investment vehicles under the newly branded Private Stakes Program. All of the vehicles are independently owned and managed. Certain associated persons of Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. and Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC are involved in the management and administration of the alternative investment vehicles involved in the Private Stakes Program. Neither Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd. nor Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC own or manage the venture investment vehicles in the Private Stakes Program. Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC has a passive, performance-based economic interest in the management company of each of the respective vehicles only. Laidlaw & Company (UK) Ltd., a registered Broker Dealer and Member of FINRA, acted as Participating Dealer for the respective offerings of each alternative investment vehicle and, subject to certain conditions, may be eligible for distributions from Laidlaw Private Equity, LLC.
